• VAT Included: All our prices include Value Added Tax (VAT).

• Gratuity: Your final bill may include a non-compulsory 10% gratuity, which is entirely optional and reflects your appreciation for the service rendered.

• Currency: All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash: Payments in USD.

• Ecocash USD: Mobile payments through the Ecocash platform in USD.

• ZiG: Payments via ZiG.

3. Dress Code

• Smart Casual: We kindly request that all guests adhere to a smart casual dress code. No flip-flops, sleeveless shirts, or overly casual attire are allowed.

• Right of Refusal: Kings Kraal reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone not complying with the dress code.

4. Takeaways

• Takeaway Orders: Takeaway orders are allowed. Please note that prices and offers may vary for takeaway orders.

5. Governing Law

• Jurisdiction: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes arising from your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zimbabwe.

7. Customer Responsibility

• Respect and Decorum: We expect all customers to maintain respectful behavior towards our staff and other patrons. Failure to do so may result in refusal of service.
• Personal Belongings: Kings Kraal is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings within our premises.
